We are currently in-network Acupuncture providers for the following insurance companies:

• MODA

• Providence

• Kaiser/CHP

• BCBS/Regence

• Shasta Insurance

• Select Medicare Supplemental Plans as follows:

  Regence Med-advantage, Providence Medicare Advantage (requires Dr. referral), Healthnet Medicare, and Atrio Medicare.

• Healthnet

• Select Pacific Source Plans (excluding the community solutions network)

• United

• Triwest/VA with approved referral from the VA

• All Motor Vehicle Insurance/PIP (No referral required for acupuncture services)

• Most Workers Compensation Companies (referral required)

• We do not accept Aetna, OHP/Medicaid, Pacific Source OHP, or most Medicare plans, and we do not bill secondary insurances.

Our Massage therapists can accept Providence, Regence BCBS, and Shasta insurance, and can provide therapeutic massage for motor vehicle claims with a referral. We can also accept Moda out of network. We cannot accept Kaiser/CHP at this time for massage.
